We believe that learning a skill can change a life. That’s why David Kayembe, a passionate upholsterer and entrepreneur, founded DK Upholstery School—to empower young people with hands-on training and business skills that lead to sustainable futures.
Our goal is more than just teaching the art of upholstery. We are committed to developing confident, creative, and purpose-driven individuals. With the right support, students can launch their own businesses, serve their communities, and thrive with integrity.
Whether you’re a school leaver, unemployed youth, or someone starting fresh, our programs offer a clear path to opportunity. Through every course, you’ll gain both practical skills and personal growth.
In addition, we combine technical training with Kingdom values, business development, and leadership. Each lesson is guided by our core principles: excellence, empowerment, integrity, and faith. As a result, students learn not only how to build furniture—but how to build their future.
