Our 6-month hands-on program is designed to equip you with real-world upholstery skills and the knowledge to start your own business. It is structured into three practical stages:

🪑 Foundations of Furniture & Upholstery
Learn the core principles of upholstery, including frame construction, webbing, padding, sewing, and fabric finishing. Build strong foundations through real projects.

🧵 Advanced Upholstery Techniques
Develop professional skills such as detailed shaping, deep button tufting, piping, and high-quality finishing to produce sellable furniture.

💼 Upholstery Business Start-Up
Learn how to turn your skills into income. This includes pricing your work, estimating materials, dealing with clients, and setting up your own upholstery business.

Our training is structured into three focused 6-months programs, each designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed for success in the upholstery industry:
– Intro to Furniture Craft & Upholstery
– Advanced Upholstery Techniques
– Upholstery Business & Start-up
Each program is delivered over one day per week, with 4 to 5 hours of hands-on and theory-based learning per day.

Participants will work with a variety of high-quality timber, fabrics, foam, and tools to develop their skills in upholstery.
